Their sale is restricted to private use only, and they cannot be copied, reproduced, used for commercial purposes or publicly displayed without first obtaining written permission from Ann Pethers. Also, no part of this website may be copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever without prior written permission from Ann Pethers.

Display

The Photographer may display any photographs she has taken, in her studio/display areas, her portfolio, literature, exhibitions, competitions, web site, advertising or slide shows.

Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of your photographs, which I cannot re-sell, I do not normally make refunds, other than for damage caused during delivery; where I will replace the damaged goods in full, if the damaged article is returned to me and I will refund your postage. I will make every effort to ensure your order is dispatched on time, and is to your complete satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 7 days, with full details of the problem. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Price Lists & Service

I retain the right to vary the price of individual items with each job that I do, but I will notify you before work commences. All print sizes quoted are nominal, and can vary slightly due to trimming and image composition.

From time to time I make special offers on some or all of my services. The value of these offers has no cash value other than for the offer, and cannot be exchanged for cash or against other products.
